Job Description: IT Manager (Operations / Project Management)
Location: Cleveland, Ohio (onsite for the first 3 months - after moves to hybrid model)

Salary: 130,000 - 150,000 Base
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure IT Manager (Operations) to join our clients rapidly growing team. This is a brand new role within the logistics space, offering an exciting opportunity to manage various IT projects and drive change in a dynamic environment. After acclimating for the first three months, you will transition to a hybrid work model.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management: Oversee and manage multiple IT projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.
- Vendor Management: Collaborate with two Managed Service Providers (MSPs) for IT support and help desk services (help desk team is outsourced)
- Networking Oversight: Work with Fortinet and ensure smooth network operations in a primarily Windows environment, with some Mac users in the sales team.
- Experience working on production floor and in the manufacturing space is a must.
