- Expert in technical writing, modeling process flows, data relationship flows and event sequencing.
- Able to understand the logic of code and to construct complex data queries.
- Advanced business and data analysis, business process and application knowledge.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Client is seeking an Instructional Writer for client global cash management platform Access to support client’s innovative approach to financial services.
- As a successful candidate, candidate will create content to help users perform critical tasks for their companies and organizations.
- The firm processes trillions of dollars a day and settles some of the most critical global financial transactions.
- Candidate will collaborate with the product teams as they develop advanced products features and launch improved client experiences.
- Write easy-to-read instructions for end users for the complete set of Access products and services.
- Edit content from others into a consistent voice, tone and style.
- Follow the firm’s content guidelines and contribute improvements to them.
- Collaborate with developers, information architects, designers, project managers, platform owners and other key stakeholders.
- Provide insights for improving the usability of content.
Candidate should have a good understanding of:
- Instructional content editing/writing.
- User experience writing.
- Application of brand book and style book guidelines.
- AP Stylebook.
- End-user instructions.
- B2B financial services content.
Candidate's experience should include:
- Seven or more years of experience as an instructional content creator.
- A portfolio of instructional content examples that demonstrate clarity of style and voice.
- Ability to quickly learn banking concepts and understand how products work.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience developing content using the WalkMe platform is a plus.
