Job Title: Litigation Attorney
Location: Los Angeles, CA - Hybrid
Experience: Civil litigation, general litigation, personal injury, toxic tort, and insurance defense
We are seeking a Litigation Attorney to join a well-reputed law firm which has multiple offices in California. The position is based out of our Los Angeles office. As an ideal candidate, you will have a background in civil litigation, general litigation, personal injury, toxic tort, and insurance defense. This is an excellent opportunity to join an established firm that values its clients and takes pride in its work.
Responsibilities:
- Handle all aspects of litigation from inception to trial
- Conduct and defend depositions, prepare written discovery, work on dispositive motions, and draft pleadings
- Provide clients with legal advice and counsel on their legal matters
Requirements:
- Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school
- Active California Bar membership in good standing
- Experience in civil litigation, general litigation, personal injury, toxic tort, and insurance defense
