LHH is currently sourcing for an Intellectual Paralegal to join a well-known firm in Seattle, Washington. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of IP experience in trademarks and patents. This firm offers great benefits, and a hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 remote after training).

Duties:
- Provide support to all aspects of trademark and copyright prosecution and maintenance including preparing and filing U.S., state, and International trademark applications, renewals, and other related filings; preparing and filing copyright applications, recording assignments; coordinating trademark applications and maintenance filings foreign counsels.
- Conduct and analyze trademark availability searches.
- Prepare client search analyses.
- Draft patent and trademark applications, office action responses, assignments, and trademark maintenance/renewal documents.
- E-filing patent and trademark applications with the USPTO.
- Other duties assigned
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as an IP Paralegal
Salary: $75,000-$95,000 DOE
