Candidates with specific exposure to the area of personal injury is preferred. We're looking for a motivated and organized individual with strong communication skills who is motivated to take on responsibilities and challenges. The ideal candidate will have top quality work product and significant experience with discovery, as well as experience with trial preparation. A commitment to exceptional client service. You must be experienced with Auto Accident and Premises Liability Cases. Candidates with either Plaintiff or Defense experience will be considered. Responsibilities:
- Handling litigation caseload from inception through trial or resolution.
- Scheduling court hearings, depositions, trials, preparing pleadings and letters.
- Manage attorney calendar.
- Handle discovery matters, including discovery requests and responses
- Maintain high standard of client contact/service
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2+ years handling personal injury litigation matters
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Motivated personality
- 4+ years of legal experience
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Bilingual (Spanish) is beneficial but not mandatory
