One of our partners, a leading organization in the RNG space is searching for a Project Manager to support the scaling of their operations.
They are looking for someone with a passion for renewable energy and a proven track record in managing complex projects. You will lead initiatives that drive the development of RNG projects from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with their strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of RNG projects, ensuring they meet quality, budget, and timeline requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, fostering effective communication and cooperation among stakeholders.
- Identify and manage project risks, implementing strategies to mitigate potential issues.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports, budgets, and schedules.
- Conduct regular meetings to track progress and address any challenges that arise.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards throughout project lifecycles.
- Drive continuous improvement by analyzing project outcomes and implementing best practices.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, preferably within the renewable energy sector.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for stakeholder engagement.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of RNG processes and technologies is a plus.
