Our client are an award-winning contractor that are a growing, self-performing GC with more than 50 years of experience in drywall, masonry, concrete, Divisions 8 & 10, structural strengthening and building envelope restoration.
With operations from Massachusetts toVirginia & North Carolina, they've just opened a new business unit in Atlanta and have over $180Million in contracts already with projects including data centers and schools.
The Projects:
Founded in the 50’s and with an annual revenue close to $100Million, their projects include schools, health care facilities, commercial, government, and multiple occupancy residential buildings.
The Roles:
We are looking for two senior-level roles, an Estimator and a Project Manager - with the Estimator role having the potential to be a Chief Estimator. Preferred background with a self-perform GC with drywall/metal stud experience.
