Responsibilities of the Program Coordinator – Medicine Education
- Serve as primary point of contact for educational conferences
- Coordinate travel and hotel arrangements for speakers
- Advertise scheduled events
- Facilitate meetings, events, and functions for vice chair
- Manage calendars and draft materials for vice chair
- Manage participant evaluation process
- Maintain database and prepare reports
- Perform additional tasks and special projects as required
Qualifications of the Program Coordinator – Medicine Education
- Associate degree with 3 years of administrative experience (at least 2 of which are supporting an executive or comparable level position), or the equivalent in education and experience required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Concur, and most social media platforms
- Exceptional written and verbal communication and proofreading skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong prioritization and organizational skills
- Must have ability to recognize, set and fulfill high standards, and have strong attention to detail
