The E-commerce Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading, developing and executing marketing strategies to increase online sales and drive customer engagement. The E-commerce Marketing Manager will have a strong background in e-commerce marketing, focusing on driving traffic and increasing sales and growth through various channels such as SEO, SEM, email marketing, PPC, social media, content marketing, and optimizing e-commerce platforms (Shopify).
Responsibilities:
· Create and execute digital marketing strategies and campaigns, including email marketing and content marketing.
· Manage and optimize online store promotions aligned with the overall sales strategy while providing the best online shopping experience by overseeing the creation of effective product listings.
· Monitor and analyze website analytics, PPC, and KPIs, identify areas of improvement, make data-driven recommendations to improve performance, and achieve sales goals and revenue growth.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, customer service, and creative, to ensure a cohesive brand experience across all touchpoints.
· Collaborate with development teams to ensure projects are meeting deadlines and deploying on schedule.
· Manage the company’s Shopify stores, including product listings, promotions, and site content to improve site performance, conversions, and features.
· Actively improve site merchandising to ensure the sites, product presentation and upsell and cross-sell opportunities are best in class.
· Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, and provide recommendations for new initiatives and improvements.
· Analyze social media accounts for further opportunities.
Requirements:
· Must be comfortable viewing adult imagery and videos daily, with the ability to hold, describe, and professionally discuss adult and sexual wellness products.
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing or related fields.
· 5+ years of proven e-commerce marketing and leadership experience
· Proven track record of driving and increasing sales through various digital channels.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
· Strong experience in leadership and project management with the ability to inspire, create, and maintain a positive climate to meet department and company objectives.
· Experience managing and optimizing Shopify e-commerce platforms
· Strong knowledge of web user tracking and analytics with experience utilizing Google Analytics or similar web analytics platforms.
Social Media experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
· Strong project and process management experience in A/B testing, development, site optimization, quality control, and error reduction.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience developing and executing marketing campaigns and strategies.
· Strong knowledge of best practices and top-performing applications to enhance site performance.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and prioritize effectively.
