Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Technical Program Manager to lead the implementation of the Stripe payment gateway platform across our organization. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, finance, operations, and external stakeholders, to ensure seamless integration and launch of Stripe’s payment solutions. You will be responsible for driving the end-to-end delivery of the project, from planning and execution to post-launch support, while ensuring alignment with business goals and technical requirements.
Key Qualifications:
- 10+ years of total IT experience with 5+ years of experience in technical program or project management, with a focus on large-scale software implementation or payment gateway integration. Proven experience working with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, operations, and finance. Strong knowledge of payment gateways
- (Stripe preferred) and payment systems. Technical acumen to understand APIs, platform architecture, and the software development lifecycle (SDLC). Excellent
- organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience managing multiple priorities and driving complex projects in fast-paced environments. Knowledge of
- agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Asana, or Trello. Ability to work with remote teams and collaborate with external vendors. Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with other payment gateways or platforms. Background in financial technology (FinTech). Familiarity with SAP integration
