Compensation:
$35/hr to $45/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, including NDAs, service agreements, and vendor contracts.
- Ensure all contracts comply with company policies and legal requirements.
- Maintain and update contract templates and standard terms.
- Monitor contract performance and compliance, addressing any issues that arise.
- Collaborate with internal departments to understand their contract needs and provide guidance.
- Manage contract renewals, amendments, and terminations.
- Maintain accurate and organized contract records and documentation.
- Assist in the development and implementation of contract management processes and systems.
- Provide training and support to staff on contract-related matters.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3-5 years of experience in contract administration or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of contract law and legal terminology.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
