HR Coordinator:
Our client, is seeking an HR Coordinator to join their Human Resources team. The HR Coordinator will perform a variety of duties, from assisting with the hiring process and employee performance reviews to managing payroll and benefits. Ideal candidates will thrive in a fast-paced environment, have excellent communication skills, and have a self-starter attitude with at least one year of HR experience.
Compensation: $24-26 hour

Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
- Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
- Create and maintain accurate digital and physical personnel files
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, etc.)
- Coordinate HR projects including meetings, training, surveys, and more
- Assist with payroll by providing required employee data regarding hours, time off, compensation, and bonuses
- Attend and participate in employee disciplinary meetings, performance reviews, investigations, and terminations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree preferred.
- 2+ years as an HR Generalist
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills with an ability to handle sensitive situations. Confidentiality at all times is a must.
- Must be detail oriented and possess exceptional organizational skills in support of ability to manage multiple tasks and successfully meet deadlines.
