Job Overview:As a Fleet Specialist, you will play a critical role in supervising driver and customer activities and managing equipment, all while being empowered to make decisions that directly impact our operations. Work Schedule: This is a full-time position requiring 50 to 55-hour work weeks. Our logistics team is dedicated to execution and compliance, ensuring every detail of the supply chain runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Decrease risk across the fleet by utilizing operational logistics strategies that keep our supply chain moving efficiently.
- Own dedicated customer service by managing load booking, resolving service issues, and keeping our customers happy.
- Build and execute strategic business plans while managing day-to-day operations.
- Lead and inspire others, promoting efficiency and success among drivers, dispatchers, and fellow operations personnel.
- Drive performance and safety, collaborating closely with our Fleet Maintenance, Safety and Compliance, and Administrative teams to keep everything running smoothly.
- Increase freight volume through operational excellence, ensuring we stay ahead in the ever-changing logistics landscape.

Qualifications:- Knowledge of D.O.T. rules and regulations, including hours of service.
- Previous experience in a dispatch or operations environment is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
- Comfortable with data analysis to drive decision-making.
- Ability to maintain high energy and a solutions-focused mindset throughout the day.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
