Asset Management Project Manager
Location: Remote 4 days/week, and 1 Onsite day in Lyndhurst NJ
Contract: 1 year with strong possibility of extension
Times: M-Fr 9am-5pm EST
Responsibilities:
· Oversee the ServiceNow ticketing system specifically for Asset Management requests
· Propose solutions to the requests based on ServiceNow functionality
· Triage and prioritize requests based on urgency, stakeholders involved, ect
· Liaise between technical and business teams to ensure the development of the proposed solutions is on track, and then communicate timelines back to stakeholders
· Prioritize the grooming of the product backlog, serving as the voice of the customers
· Monitoring and evaluating progress of requests through completion
Requirements:
· 5+ years of IT Asset Management and CMDB experience with using ServiceNow ITAM/ITOM products
· Strong knowledge of ServiceNow CMBD
· Prior PM experience
· Demonstrated experience in gathering and transforming business needs into actionable requirements with ITAM/CMDB/ITOM
· Technical aptitude to self-validate solution approaches, assess initial feasibility, and drive discussions with the business and technical teams
· Previous experience implementing and running SAM & HAM
· Prior experience prioritizing Asset Management tickets from various Asset Management modules
· Prior experience working with Process Owner/Mgrs gathering feedback/request/enhancements and then prioritizing
