We're looking for an experienced LEAN Consultant to join our team on a 3–6-month contract to help us kickstart our LEAN journey! This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our organization and set us on a path to continuous improvement!
What We're Looking For:
- Expertise in LEAN principles and methodologies
- Experience in training and coaching management teams
- Ability to work on-site and collaborate closely with our leadership
- Proven success in implementing LEAN within manufacturing environments

Responsibilities
- Train and mentor, our management team on LEAN practices
- Help us launch LEAN initiatives across the facility
- Work with us to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency
Qualifications
Strong background in Lean methodologies (such as Kaizen, 5S, Value Stream Mapping, Kanban, and Just-In-Time) Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
