Key Responsibilities:
- Design Development: Lead the design development process, from concept to completion, ensuring that projects align with client expectations, budget constraints, and industry standards.
- Project Management: Take ownership of multiple projects simultaneously, managing timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently to deliver exceptional design solutions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with clients, architects, and other team members to understand project requirements and develop cohesive design strategies.
- Technical Proficiency: Demonstrate fluency in Revit, utilizing it as a primary tool for creating accurate and detailed design documentation.
- Innovative Thinking: Bring fresh and innovative ideas to the table, staying updated on industry trends and incorporating them into design concepts.
- Client Communication: Cultivate strong relationships with clients through effective communication, presentations, and the ability to translate their vision into tangible design solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Architectural Registration in Michican preferred (not required)
- Minimum of 6 years of professional experience
- Project experience in Education, Civic, or Community markets
- Ability to work remotely and independently with little oversight
- Proficiency in Revit is mandatory; experience with other design software is a plus
