The resource will work closely with Information Services (IS) managers and resources to provide basic project coordination principles to the active and pipeline Infrastructure projects. They must have good communication skills and the ability to navigate with little direction. Projects will involve various areas including network, telephony, cyber security, and infrastructure services. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Infrastructure and Operations groups, defining and managing tasks, status, priorities, dependencies and resourcing. This position requires demonstrated project coordination experience, but also the ability to coordinate numerous active projects and manage key dates, progress, and conflicting priorities. The position will be coordinating/communicating with the shopping center property teams that have little understanding of technology, so they will need to have the ability to communicate and decipher technical aspects to non-technical parties.

IT Project Coordinator
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Familiarity of basic IS Infrastructure & Networking is needed – Meraki equipment background a plus
- Working knowledge of MS Office tools
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and service management tools is beneficial for management of work and understanding processes
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills
- Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role
- Ability to document processes for current and future reference
- Experience in project management, from conception to delivery
- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
- Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control
