***Hybrid - MUST BE LOCATED IN THE PACIFIC NORTHWEST - Washington or Oregon*** Usual workday will be remote office.
Lunous is a nonprofit in the Pacific Northwest that focuses on systemic factors perpetuating homelessness. We work with nonprofits, housing providers, community leaders, advocacy coalitions, business leaders, and legislators to address barriers to housing access and its effect on those experiencing homelessness.
We are seeking a self-driven Product Manager to lead the team to successfully deliver and maintain a comprehensive housing dashboard including data sets from multiple sources. They will possess a strong entrepreneurial drive, outstanding communication skills, strong leadership skills, and robust planning and organizational skills.
Your approach to work is driven by principles of human-centered design, that is, you begin with direct research involving the people affected, frame the problem or opportunity, generate and prototype solutions, test with users and stakeholders, and refine throughout implementation in a continuous cycle of learning, all while judging progress towards success based on human-experience measurement systems.
You are nimble, adaptive, and embrace ambiguity. You are slow to conclude but while you hold long term strategy in mind, you’re willing to make pragmatic decisions with incomplete information to move forward. You are committed to learning your way forward and demonstrating incremental progress. You possess strong listening skills. Your communication skills enable you to have respectful, healthy conversations with people who hold different ideas and beliefs than you. You are results-focused but pay attention to the process and the way you engage with others.
