Position Overview:
As an Accounting & Finance Recruiter with HUGO, you’ll be a pivotal part of our team, responsible for delivering outstanding talent for our clients as we expand RGP’s service offerings. You’ll take charge of the entire recruitment lifecycle, managing high-volume and fast-paced staffing for Accounting and Finance roles while utilizing advanced digital tools to enhance and streamline each step of the process.
What You’ll Do:
Your role will focus on sourcing, engaging, and delivering top candidates through our robust digital ecosystem, including Bullhorn ATS, Quil Notetaking & Screening Agent, TextUs, Bullhorn Automation, and major job boards like LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed. In collaboration with both internal teams and offshore recruiting resources, you’ll use your expertise to influence candidates, ensuring an efficient, high-quality match between client requirements and candidate skills.
Core Recruiting Areas:
- Finance & Accounting: Accounting Clerk, AR/AP Specialist, Bookkeeper, Staff Accountant
- Payroll & Compliance: Payroll Specialist, AP Analyst, Internal Controls Professional
- Data & Analysis: Data Analyst, Financial Analyst, Reporting Specialist
- Project Management & Operations: Project Coordinator, Jr. Project Manager, Procurement Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
- Full-Cycle Recruiting: Oversee all stages of the recruitment process, delivering candidates for staffing roles across functions.
- Sourcing & Candidate Matching: Use LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Bullhorn, HUGO Match, and TextUs to connect with high-potential candidates, focusing on both high-volume and specialized roles.
- Job Ad Creation: Craft compelling job ads to attract qualified candidates using tools like ChatGPT / Gemini and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Candidate Pipeline Management: Build and sustain a robust candidate pipeline to meet just-in-time client demands.
- Collaboration & Client Focus: Work closely with internal teams to align with client needs and ensure satisfaction for both clients and candidates.
- Consultant Care & Engagement: Provide ongoing support for candidate engagement and consultant care on the HUGO platform.
What We’re Looking For:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
- Experience: 3+ years in full-cycle recruiting, especially for staffing roles in Accounting & Finance. Staffing Agency background is preferred. Experience in IT Recruiting a strong plus.
- Skills: Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ATS, texting outreach tools, and other digital recruiting solutions.
- Mindset: Results-driven, highly organized, with a knack for multitasking and a passion for creative problem-solving; work with a sense of pace and urgency.
- Communication: Strong ability to influence, engage, and maintain urgency throughout the recruiting process.
