Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Automation Technician to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of technical tasks including reading, writing, analyzing, and interpreting technical procedures and schematics, programming complex control and robotics systems, and providing technical support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Read, write, analyze, and interpret technical procedures and schematics.
- Define problems, collect data, and deduce facts and conclusions.
- Write software, build electronics, and design mechanisms.
- Program complex controls systems, robotics systems, and vision-guided systems.
- Research, develop, and maintain controls, robotics, and vision-guided systems and components.
- Evaluate and calibrate systems for maximum efficiency.
- Troubleshoot controls and robotics systems and applications.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records.
- Provide technical support.
Qualifications:
- Experience in the field of mechanics, electronics and or dimensional quality
- Technical skills such as electronics, mechanics and/or plc/robot programming
