About the Role - This position will oversee the Quality System, ensuring effective collaboration across departments to maintain a safe work environment and deliver high-quality products and services that meet or exceed standards and regulatory requirements
Responsibilities
- Drive consistency across all manufacturing units
- Guide the implementation of quality improvements
- Manage scorecards with customers to track performance and variance
- Develop and monitor the supplier audit process
- Conduct weekly conference calls to address open issues and corrective actions
- Oversee and advise the team on quality standards and procedures
Requireements
- BA degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 10 years experience in Quality in Manufacturing/Industrial, Power, Metal/Steel, Transportation, or Public/Govt Industries
- Five years+ managing a Qualityteam
- Welding, painting and fabrications experience is a plus
- Must be willing to travel as needed
