The Winston Salem office of Akerman LLP seeks an Associate for its commercial real estate group. Preference will be given to candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions (e.g., purchase and sale agreements, commercial diligence, title and survey, closings) but recent law school graduates will be considered. Must possess excellent attention to detail, effective communication skills, legal due diligence and drafting aptitude, academic credentials and an impassioned interest in real estate transactional law. Must possess a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school and be a member of the North Carolina bar.
