Job Description:
The Item Support Analyst review and ensures the accuracy of item data being exported from a legacy system to a proprietary system. This role is crucial for maintaining data integrity and streamlining the item management processes.
- Works with multiple stakeholders to ask clarifying questions regarding data
- Ability to review data, comprehend and manipulate within excel to cause no friction for our stores
- Strong excel skills – formulas
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects/tasks at a time
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment
- Familiarity with item setup or prior C-Store knowledge preferred
- Jira/Agile environment knowledge is preferred but not needed
