As a Digital Account Manager at Mundial Media, you will partner with the Sales and Operations teams to ensure seamless and strategic media planning and account execution while providing first-class client service for assigned advertisers and agencies. In this new role, you will be at the center of strategy across daily RFP submissions, gathering all required information to create compelling proposal responses. You will also oversee the development, coordination, and implementation of advertising programs, focusing heavily on driving relevant KPIs and providing insightful performance and audience reporting powered by our Contextual AI technology.
Responsibilities
- Build compelling, data-driven media proposals inclusive of Cadmus AI solutions that adhere to client expectations and brief mandates
- Become an expert on Mundial Media’s proprietary technology, Cadmus AI, in addition to all digital products and services offered under the platform
- Conduct inventory and pricing analysis across individual programs to contribute strategically to the growth and direction of Mundial Media’s products and services
- Partner across functional teams to lead all end-to-end processes related to Multicultural digital programs executed by Mundial Media, including but not limited to campaign kick-offs, asset gathering, inventory management, creation of internal guides and insertion orders, and leading spec and timeline expectations with clients
- Develop impactful performance and audience insights reports, powered by our Cadmus AI technology, during and post-campaign to showcase high-end analysis that drives actionable optimizations and, ultimately, renewal of business
- Maintain proper processes and organizational procedures within Salesforce and other internal project management tools
Required Skills
- 1-2 years of experience in media planning or digital role at an ad network, advertising agency, or large publisher required
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Understanding of various formats of cross-channel media, including MRAID, VAST, VPAID
- Experience managing digital programs measured by viewability and verification vendors such as IAS, DoubleVerify, MOAT
- Willing to work in a fast-paced, start-up environment
- Fluent in Spanish is a plus but not a requirement
