Responsibilities: This position focuses on Microsoft Server troubleshooting and configurations.
- Escalation points for user and system management.
- Server troubleshooting and support
- Log analysis
- Resolve escalated issues related to Windows servers
- User account management – manage permission and access control
- Implement security policies
- Compliance auditing
- Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO issues -
- In-depth knowledge of IT concepts, including networking, systems administration, and troubleshooting.
- Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLANs, and other network protocols.
- Certifications such as CCNA, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, or equivalent are highly desirable.
- Experience troubleshooting complex M365 issues.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems.
- Experience with troubleshooting complex hardware, software, and network issues.
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure). - Desired

Experience Requirements: 3+ years of server experience installing and supporting:
- VMware ESXi
- Windows server including
- GPO’s
- AD
- DHCP and DNS
- Server Hardware
- Backup configuration
- Datto
- Veeam
- Application migrations
2 years of M365 installation and support including:
- User migrations
- Entra ID installation and support.
- MFA Deployments
- Intune
- Conditional access
- SharePoint and OneDrive migrations and support
1 year of Azure Cloud migrations
- On-prem server migrations
- Active Directory
- File servers
- Application servers
