About the Role:
LHH is seeking a dedicated and dynamic HR Generalist to join our client’s team in Baltimore. This role requires the ability to work fully onsite, traveling between two locations. The primary focus will be on recruiting, with additional responsibilities in onboarding, compliance, and employee relations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruiting: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates for high-volume hourly roles as well as corporate positions.
- Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into the company.
- Compliance: Ensure all HR activities comply with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Employee Relations: Address employee concerns and issues, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work between two locations.
- Proficiency with Spanish a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
