Position: UKG Workforce Management Specialist
Technical Workforce Management Contractor

Job Description:
• Administer and maintain production, testing and trainings environments.
• Create reports utilizing different applications including SQL Management Studio, business intelligence software, and/or Excel to support daily operations.
• Provides training to end-users on system functionality and develop training documentation
• Perform complex analysis for decision making and reporting
• Performs quality assurance and controls for data integrity
• Consult with team members when necessary to make system adjustment recommendations
• Ability to develop business processes independently using best practices
Qualifications:
Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Public Administration, or related field.
Can substitute years of payroll/staffing experience in lieu of degree requirement.
Experience:
4-7 years of experience in the scheduling/staffing and payroll field or in a related area.
Familiar with payroll and staffing standard concepts, practices, and procedures.
A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
Works under limited supervision with considerable latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.

Working hours will be 40hrs/week, M-F in office 8am-5pm, remote availability based on manager discretion.
