Who You Are:
As a member of the E-Commerce team, you’ll support the Global Project Manager in managing ongoing projects and implementing processes for new business initiatives. The position offers significant opportunities for personal and professional growth in international development, global digital strategy, and web development as we build a robust global web infrastructure.
Given the cross-functional nature of this role, success requires strong leadership and collaboration skills to foster ownership and alignment around strategic goals, execution, and innovation.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage timelines for content, merchandising, creative, QA, and global web production teams, focusing on NA and EMEA markets.
- Oversee project management for seasonal site refreshes and digital experiences.
- Collaborate with the Web Production team to develop and communicate seasonal timelines for site updates, ensuring all teams are aligned on key dates.
- Negotiate turnaround times for sales and promotional events requiring quick execution.
- Assist in the discovery phase to accurately scope projects, define requirements, and establish success metrics.
- Partner with Digital Content and Experience teams to ensure timelines align with launch dates for special projects and digital campaigns.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, accurate delivery of site assets.
- Maintain and manage project documentation to track all e-commerce initiatives effectively.
- Plan and facilitate review sessions with creative and merchandising teams.
- Lead QA processes in collaboration with cross-functional teams and testing vendors.
- Communicate with international partners to support localization efforts for EMEA sites.
- Manage asset updates, feature prioritization, and site launches across teams, including digital marketing, retail marketing, email marketing, and creative services.
- Continuously improve processes to enhance workload management and cross-team communication.
- Manage JIRA workflows and timelines.
- Stay up to date with industry trends through competitive shopping and analysis.
You’ll Need to Have:
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
- Bachelor’s degree and 0-1 years of relevant Project/Product Management experience.
