Engagement Manager and Quality Engineering Architect Consultant
Location: Denver, CO (Hybrid role, with travel to the Centennial at least 3 days per week)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Engagement Manager and Quality Engineering (QE) Architect to drive successful client engagements while ensuring high-quality delivery of software solutions. This hybrid role combines client relationship management, program delivery, and quality engineering leadership to deliver transformative results. You will lead efforts to strengthen stakeholder relationships, improve service delivery, and architect innovative quality assurance strategies that align with client business goals to help them build out their future strategy for years to come. This role has lots of growth opportunity and is a long term full-time consulting position.
Responsibilities:
Business Partnership & Stakeholder Management:
- Build and coach relationships with key stakeholders across multiple Sales Operations programs (16 unique programs) and engage with 22 stakeholders regularly to drive business outcomes.
- Lead weekly/monthly syncs with stakeholders to report on delivery, address concerns, develop new business programs, and secure feedback for transformation projects.
- Guide clients in understanding how tool and process changes impact their services, proactively offering strategic solutions.
Service Delivery Improvements & Transformation:
- Lead digital transformation, process optimization, and automation projects from conception through delivery, ensuring business requirements are met.
- Oversee delivery progress, communicate results to stakeholders, and ensure alignment with business goals across Sales Operations teams.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service efficiency and scalability.
Quality Engineering Leadership:
- Architect and implement quality assurance solutions, managing processes, driving test methods, and setting the technical direction for QA work.
- Perform risk analysis and resource planning for client projects, ensuring that QA solutions meet both technical and business requirements.
- Lead the development of automated testing frameworks and drive test coverage to ensure high-quality product delivery.
- Continuously collaborate with internal teams, peers, and customers to define and implement innovative QA solutions.
People Management & Development:
- Manage and mentor a global team of 40+ Sales Operations staff, ensuring clarity around performance metrics and delivery tasks.
- Provide coaching and professional development opportunities to retain and upskill talent within both sales operations and QA teams.
- Address staffing issues, manage PTO requests, and mitigate risks to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.
Contract Management & Financial Oversight:
- Lead contract renewals and negotiations, ensuring revenue retention and growth across multiple programs.
- Manage project financial health, including resource tracking and monthly invoicing, while leading quarterly/annual business reviews (QBRs/ABRs) with clients.
- Ensure compliance with training and audit requirements as set by client agreements.
Driving New Business & Service Expansion:
- Identify and design new business opportunities for service expansion through upselling and cross-selling initiatives, ensuring alignment with the service catalog.
- Build strong client relationships and lead value-awareness campaigns to drive program consumption.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 10-15 years in consulting account management, business development, and sales within IT outsourcing (ITO), with experience managing large-scale software delivery and quality assurance initiatives.
- Technical Skills: Extensive experience in QA solution architecture, including automation and test coverage, with strong understanding of digital transformation and process optimization. Plus if you have GenAI experience.
- Leadership: Proven ability to manage and mentor global teams, balancing business outcomes with operational efficiency.
- Stakeholder Management: Ability to influence and guide business and technical groups to drive service improvements and program success.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Certifications: QA certifications and experience with agile methodologies are a plus.

Compensation
Capgemini discloses salary range information in compliance with state and local pay transparency obligations. The disclosed range represents the lowest to highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting, although we may ultimately pay more or less than the disclosed range, and the range may be modified in the future. The disclosed range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, geographic location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, performance, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs. At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $100,000 - $195,000.
This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission.
