What you will do
1. Develop and implement product quality control plans to ensure products meet relevant standards and regulations.
2. Conduct product quality inspections and testing to promptly identify and resolve quality issues.
3. Analyze product quality data and develop improvement measures to enhance product quality and production efficiency.
4. Assist in resolving customer issues and complaints related to product quality, providing effective solutions.
5. Collaborate with production teams and suppliers to follow up on quality improvement projects and provide technical support.
6. Regularly review and update quality management processes and documentation to ensure the effective operation of the quality management system.
7. Participate in new product development and improvement processes, offering quality requirements and recommendations.
About you
1. At least 3 years of experience in quality management or quality control, with a preference for candidates with a background in manufacturing.
2. Familiarity with quality management systems (e.g., ISO9001, TS16949) and relevant standards.
3. Experience in product quality inspection and analysis, with the ability to use various quality management tools and instruments.
4. Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to develop improvement measures based on data insights.
