Marketing Coordinator II
GENERAL SUMMARY
The Marketing Coordinator II will assist in marketing, sales, and personnel recruiting initiatives.
The Marketing Coordinator II will operate both independently and collaboratively, where success
is contingent upon cooperation and teamwork. The Marketing Coordinator II will primarily
support the Business Development Director and Sr. Technical Recruiter and as necessary, other
business functions to support the overall company objectives.
MAJOR DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
Marketing Support
- Provide marketing communications and public relations support
- Create, proofread, edit, and post digital marketing content and conduct marketing campaigns
- Maintain databases, content scheduling, campaign testing
- Conduct market research, as needed
- Relationship management with external parties to ensure timely execution of high quality marketing campaigns
- Using key performance indicators to evaluate campaigns; ability to create reports
- Maintain promotional material inventory, research new materials as needed
- Assist with Business Development functions as required
- Enter and track data, as needed
- Provide training center support related to Business Development function
Recruiting Support
- Support coordination of recruiting activities by scheduling interviews and assisting with
- contract development
- Implement and maintain software systems related to recruiting
- Maintain recruiting metrics, data tracking
- Maintain master spreadsheet of human resource requests / project needs
- Assist with completion of human resource request forms
- Assist with collection and dissemination of documentation for new hires
- Assist with scheduling duties as assigned Principal & COO
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, public relations
- Requires 2-4 years of related experience in marketing, PR
- Prior experience in managing marketing campaigns
- Experience working with social media and other marketing platforms
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), LinkedIn, Constant Contact, and CRMs (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
- Strong logistics, event, project management experience and decision-making skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to interface effectively with executive management and associates at all levels
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
- Self-motivated, efficient, and process oriented
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Ability to respond to feedback from resources at all levels
- Excellent organizational skills, records management, and documentation practices
- Relies on good judgement to plan and accomplish goals
- Ability to build rapport and elicit confidence
- Ability to quickly adapt and be flexible with changing environments

PREFERRED/DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Attentive to quality and detail; meticulous and thorough in delivery
- Demonstrated ability to deliver results in a remote work environment
- Familiarity with Salesforce, SharePoint, Canva, SurveyMonkey, and Monday.Com is a plus
- Experience prioritizing competing priorities
- SEO experience would be beneficial
- Familiar with traditional and digital marketing techniques
