We are seeking an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Analyst to join our clients team. This role is key to maintaining the security and integrity of our clients IT systems by managing user access across multiple platforms. If you have a background in identity and access management, strong administrative skills, and experience with Active Directory and MS Exchange, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Access Management:
Respond to IT Help Desk calls and assist with access-related questions and requests.
Account Lifecycle Management:
Create, modify, and manage accounts for network, file, email, and print systems. Handle account repairs and rights management across multiple systems.
Access Control & Security:
Ensure only authorized individuals have access to sensitive systems and data. Perform regular reviews to disable inactive accounts and remove access as required.
System Administration:
Configure and maintain identity and access management tools, such as Active Directory and Single Sign-On (SSO). Create and modify Group Policies to meet security and access needs.
Documentation & Compliance:
Complete digital paperwork and ensure thorough documentation for all access changes and security processes.
Weekly & Recurring Tasks:
- Disable inactive accounts (those inactive for 30 days or more).
- Semi-annual removal of access to software.
- Routine account management and administrative tasks.
Tools & Systems You'll Work With:
- Active Directory
- MS Exchange (both On-Prem and Exchange Online)
- Microsoft 365
Qualifications:
- Experience in identity and access management, particularly with Active Directory and MS Exchange.
- Ability to manage and configure access rights in a secure environment.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills, with a focus on security compliance.
- Knowledge of Group Policy management on servers.
