Connect Search is hiring a Director of Product Management - Hearing Aids in Madison, WI. This position is 100% onsite in Madison and a relocation package will be offered.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field required. MBA preferred but not required.
- Must have specific product development/product management experience in the hearing aid industry (7-10+ years of experience is ideal).
- Must have prior experience in a supervisory/leadership role.
- Proven ability/track record to launch and manage products from concept to commercialization.
Focus of the Role
The Director of Product Management - Hearing Aids provides strategic leadership and oversight of the entire product development cycle, from concept to launch. This role is responsible for driving the product vision, managing a team of product managers, and collaborating closely with engineering, customer service, marketing, and sales teams to deliver innovative products.
