Job Title: Senior Litigation Attorney/ Counsel (Remote)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Litigation Attorney/ Counsel to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation, exceptional analytical skills, and a proven track record of successfully managing cases from inception through trial.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse caseload, including drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
- Represent clients in depositions, mediations, and court hearings.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide strategic legal advice.
- Prepare and review trial documents and participate in trial preparation.
- Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends to provide informed legal guidance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active bar membership in at least one state.
- 4+ years of litigation experience, preferably in commercial, intellectual property law and trademark experience.
