Role Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Level 2 IT Support Engineer. In this role, you’ll provide advanced troubleshooting, install and configure hardware and software, and support Microsoft 365 environments. You’ll be busy solving a wide variety of IT issues, always learning, and growing along the way. If you love technology and thrive on helping others, this is the job for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 2 support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and network equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues.
- Install, configure, and support Office 365 applications and services.
- Assist with server maintenance and basic network troubleshooting.
- Escalate complex issues to senior engineers or vendors as necessary.
- Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate documentation of technical procedures and solutions.
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in IT support or help desk roles (MSP expreince highly desirable).
- Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and networking.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and support.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized in a busy environment.
