Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining excellent communication.
- Manage daily office operations, ensuring smooth workflows and meeting critical deadlines.
- Oversee the firm's billing processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Supervise administrative tasks, ensuring efficient office functionality.
- Professionally handle incoming calls and direct them appropriately.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, optimizing the use of time and resources.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- An associate degree is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) is essential.
- Strong client-service orientation with excellent teamwork and a desire to learn.
- Proven experience in office management or a similar administrative role.
