One who understands cellular mobile and telecommunication and great customer support and clerical skill.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES and RESPONSIBLITIES may include, but are not limited to, the following:
- 60%
- Performs varied tasks of moderate complexity requiring the application of standard procedures and criteria. Responsible for troubleshooting problems of corporate cellular mobile for end-users. IT/Mobile asset management and logistics. Demonstrates a degree of experience managing vendor/carrier on end-user support.
- 40%
- Takes responsibility of work order requests by clients and completes tasks with quality in mind all the time and delivers results through quick action.
- Voice service management and end-user support.

- Admin and maintain corporate cloud voice service
- On-site user support
- Monthly voice service utilization report
- Voice inventory
- ISP/Service management
- Coordinate onboarding new circuit from order to install
- Coordinate terminating existing circuit
- Service ticket open/follow up with ISP
- Service usage audit
- Service report (usage and RFO)
- Collaborate with local network engineering team to provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, testing and maintenance of WAN/LAN
- Collaborate with local/remote network engineering team to support network project
- Asset retrieval
- General Terminated users’ asset management & logistics – Mobile & PC assets
- General active users’ asset upgrade & repair asset management & logistics – Mobile
- Utilize Asset Management Database System and Update Device Return Status
- Send a FOTA push message to the terminated and active users for asset retrieval
- Generate weekly/monthly/quarterly asset retrieval status
- Generate and distribute corporate communication
- Support general users and HRs regarding asset retrieval request status
- Communicate with Mobile & IT+ Tier1 and Tier2 teams for users’ asset return status update
- Generating service report
- Perform quarterly asset audits and provide result analysis
Computer Skills:
- Computer skills at level to understand and use MS Word, Excel, and PPT.

Pay range is $25 - $30 per hour with full benefits available, including paid time off, medical/dental/vision/life insurance, 401K, parental leave, and more. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
