- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and safety protocols to promote a safe working environment.
- Oversee team management, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations of warehouse staff.
- Collaborate with logistics teams to optimize shipping and receiving processes for e-commerce operations.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to ensure proper maintenance and functionality.
- Develop strategies for continuous improvement in warehouse efficiency and productivity.
Experience
- Proven experience in warehouse management or supervisory roles within a distribution center or 3PL environment.
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to warehouse equipment and machinery.
- Familiarity with inventory control practices and logistics operations.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively while promoting a collaborative work culture.
- Experience with e-commerce fulfillment processes is preferred.
- Knowledge of OSHA standards and safety regulations is essential.
