Role: IT Support Technician
Location: Cherry Point, NC
Duration: Fulltime
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Additional technical certifications or training in system installation, networking, or related areas are desirable.
Experience: 2-5 years of experience in system installation, IT support, or related roles, with hands-on experience in installing and configuring IT hardware and software.
Skills:
- Proficiency in installing and configuring IT systems and equipment, including hardware and software.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve installation and configuration issues.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts and cabling.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with IT teams, vendors, and end-users.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and documentation procedures.
- Experience with RFID active and passive technology, and RFID tagging.
- Experience with cabling, wifi, IT troubleshooting.
