Tarvos Talent is currently in search of a highly skilled and experienced Audio-Visual and Technology Support Specialist. This role presents a unique opportunity to be an integral part of our dynamic team, managing and troubleshooting a wide range of AV systems and technology across multiple sites.
Responsibilities:
- Seamless integration of audio-visual technology within our organization
- This includes, but is not limited to, the installation, operation, and maintenance of AV equipment, as well as the provision of technical support to our team members.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in AV technology support, demonstrating a proven track record of managing complex AV systems such as Crestron, Savant, Contor4 and Lutron
- Proficiency in Microsoft systems is a prerequisite for this role, as the candidate will be expected to utilize these tools in the execution of their duties
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical team members is crucial in this role
- Work collaboratively with team members across various departments, demonstrating a commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive work environment
