Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with engineers to enhance technical knowledge across the team.
- Share insights on industry trends by exploring the latest technologies and attending technical conferences.
- Test new platforms to understand their design and functionality.
- Lead a team with expertise in infrastructure and cloud technologies (e.g., AWS).
- Partner with the Product Team to introduce new technology ideas that improve current offerings.
Requirements:
- Candidates must reside in the greater Austin metropolitan area or be willing to relocate (relocation reimbursement available).
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science from a top university.
- 7+ years of experience in Software Engineering.
- Expertise in Cloud Technologies (AWS) and Data Engineering.
- Strong communication skills, capable of mentoring junior engineers and collaborating with product managers.
- Commitment to staying ahead of industry trends and attending technology conferences.
