Role: Senior MDM Developer
Location: Hartford, CT / Indianapolis, IN / Raleigh, NC / Richardson, TX

Job Description:
- At least 7 years of experience with Information Technology
- At least 6 years of experience in MDM Development experience with a focus on Informatica or STIBO or Reltio or ATTACAMA MDM and Supplier or Customer/Product 360 implementation.
- At least 6 years of experience in Informatica or STIBO or Reltio or ATTACAMA MDM tools, including MDM Hub, Data Director, provisioning tool, and ActiveVOS.
- At least 6 years of experience in data modelling principles and data integration techniques.
- At least 5 years of experience in data quality management and data governance practices within an MDM environment.
- At least 5 years of experience in data profiling, data cleansing, and data transformation processes.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot MDM-related issues.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Data Analysis, Data Migration, Data Validation, Data Cleansing, Data Verification, identifying data mismatch, Data Import, and Data Export
- Experience with using other Informatica or STIBO or Reltio or ATTACAMA tools like Power Center (ETL), IDQ, Power Exchange and Informatica or STIBO or Reltio or ATTACAMA Identity resolution (IRR)
- Prior experience with other MDM tools or cloud-based MDM solutions is advantageous
- Knowledge in ETL process from various source systems to Staging area, from staging to Data Marts and data load
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with functional teams and stakeholders
