OBGYN Physician Locums Job in Utah Clinic, Monday-Friday January Start for 1 Week/Month and Ongoing Schedule needed for Assignment : Start Date: January 2025 Assignment Details/Requirements: OB/GYN physician covering one week per month of clinic coverage, Monday-Friday only 9am-5pm. Board Certification OB/GYN or truly Board Eligible (0-5 years of residency completion) Active Utah license - highly preferred Active BLS or PALS, Controlled Substance required for credentialing Active DEA - required for credentialing (will consider a transferred DEA, but must keep this DEA for the duration of the assignment, not just for shifts worked.) Clean malpractice/background highly preferred - must include self inquiry NPDB report at time of name clear.
