The Project Executive is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing the successful execution of construction projects from inception through completion. They ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This position requires strategic planning, relationship management, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership: Oversee multiple construction projects, providing direction and leadership to project managers and teams.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring alignment of project goals and client expectations.
- Budget Oversight: Manage project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control to meet financial targets.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and develop project managers, fostering collaboration across departments to achieve project milestones.
- Contract Negotiation: Oversee contract administration, ensuring compliance with project scope, schedule, and terms.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure effective communication and problem-solving throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 10+ years in construction project management, with a focus on large-scale projects (preferably healthcare, life sciences, or related sectors).
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Expertise in project financial management and risk mitigation.
- Certifications: PMP or other relevant certifications preferred.
