Job Responsibilities:
1. Comprehensively coordinate warehouse management affairs (including warehouse operating cost accounting, warehouse planning, cargo storage, warehouse entry and exit management, warehouse operation efficiency, etc.), and continue to improve the warehouse management system and process;
2. Responsible for the daily management of the warehousing department, making reasonable and efficient work arrangements for employees, inspecting, supervising and assessing employees' attendance and work attitudes, and assessing employees' implementation of work procedures and standards;
3. Responsible for managing the inbound, outbound, returned and in-warehouse management of warehousing goods, and formulating inventory plans to ensure inventory accuracy, inventory quantity is true and accurate, and cargo safety is ensured;
4. Supervise and participate in the monthly inventory of the warehouse, randomly check the inventory of goods, check the accuracy of the inventory, ensure that the account and card are consistent, strictly handle product errors in accordance with regulations, and report the inventory and difference analysis in a timely manner;
5. Develop and implement warehouse staff training plans, regularly assess the quality of employees' work, and implement performance incentives for employees objectively and fairly;
6. Supervise the implementation of logistics system responsibilities and management standards, reasonably optimize warehouse management working methods and processes, and effectively control warehouse operating costs;
7. Efficiently and scientifically manage warehousing commodity locations, continue to optimize work and propose improvement plans based on the current status of warehousing operations, and ensure maximum utilization of the warehouse;
8. Handle various major emergencies promptly and efficiently.
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in business administration or logistics management, fluent in Chinese and English;
2. Have more than 8 years of experience in logistics warehouse management in the retail industry, and experience in team management of more than 50 people;
3. Have a pragmatic and dedicated work style, good logical thinking skills and written language expression skills, good leadership skills, negotiation skills, communication skills, consultation skills, execution skills and team innovation and cooperation spirit;
4. Proficient in operating commonly used office software and proficient in using analysis tools such as Excel and Access;
5. Applicants with project implementation experience in large-scale warehouse new warehouse preparation, planning, cost accounting, scheme design, etc. will be given priority;
6. Applicants with U.S. green cards and citizenship are preferred
