We are representing a globally recognized Food Manufacturing organization that is actively seeking a Manager of Research and Development (R&D). This organization manufactures iconic brands with strong retail presence and outstanding manufacturing capabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Generate new product ideas and recipes
- Lead of team of highly skilled Food Scientists and Engineers
- Provide support on technical issues throughout the plant
- Recommend and implement product quality improvements
- Provide technical expertise throughout all phases of new product development
Requirements:
- 8+ years of CPG/food R&D experience
- Bachelor's Degree in food science or related field (Masters Degree in Food Science preferred)
- Experience with Product Lifecycle Management systems
