Product Project Manager
Healthcare Client
Location: Fully Remote
Contract: Long term contract, possibility of conversion to a FTE
Pay Rate: $50-$60 /hr. on W2 with benefits
Description:
We are looking for an experienced project manager to support projects within the design team from ideation through development. The project manager provides leadership and serves as the liaison between the design team, product team, development team and stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage a detailed project schedule
• Ensure the project scope and objectives have been defined to a degree that the design team can begin work
• Setup meetings to move the project forward and take notes during those meetings.
• Update Rally (our feature tracking tool) with project status
• Strategic thinker who is in the details of the work, ensuring that requirements and feedback are captured/addressed and that the handoff meets all update requests.
• Organized team leader able to stay on top of many moving parts and communicate project status/change/risks with leadership.
Requirements:
• 4+ years of project management experience
• Proven experience working closely with UX/UI design teams in an IT environment
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Familiarity with Agile methodology
• Awareness of design software (Sketch, Invision, Figma, etc)
• Rally/Jira experience
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Highly organized and self-motivated
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
