Position: System Technical SME
Location: Remote
PR: $60hr
Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled System Technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a variety of technical platforms and applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting our systems, ensuring optimal performance, and providing expertise across multiple technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Windows Server Administration:
- Request new servers based on application deployment needs.
- Utilize RDP for application management on Windows servers.
- Perform application installations and manage IIS configurations.
SAP Basis Administration:
- Conduct system monitoring and modify technical configurations.
- Plan and implement system changes and move transports as necessary.
- Configure system jobs to ensure efficient operation.
ServiceNow Administration:
- Modify system configurations and deploy update sets.
- Submit incidents and change requests as needed.
OnBase Administration:
- Modify system configurations and manage email setups in non-production environments.
- Oversee IIS configurations for OnBase sites.
MS Dynamics Administration:
- Create new Customer Engagement (CE) environments based on business requirements.
- Perform manual backups and restores of environments as necessary.
- Deploy solutions across environments and execute post-deployment steps.
MS Finance and Operations:
- Manage systems through Lifecycle Services.
- Deploy packages to Finance and Operations systems.
- Create new sandbox/development systems as needed.
MS Azure Services:
- Manage resources including LogicApps, APIs, and app registrations.
- Set up and manage alerts for existing resources.
MS Azure DevOps:
- Run pipelines as required and modify configurations as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in relevant technologies and applications.
- Proficiency in Windows Server OS administration.
- Application expertise in ABAP (ECC, SRM, BW, SOLMAN, FIORI, GRC) and JAVA (NW Portal, LVM, PO).
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow, OnBase, MS Dynamics (CE, F&O), and MS Azure services.
- Experience with MS Azure DevOps Administration.
- Ability to create, update, and maintain system documentation.
