职责范围:
制定社群的发展战略和目标,确保社群的发展方向与公司的整体战略相一致。
策划和发布社群内容,包括但不限于文章、图片、视频等,以吸引和保持社群成员的兴趣。
负责社群产品运营规划及相关管理工作,并对运营业务目标负责;
制定用户运营策略,完成核心用户群体的维护和核心用户的挖掘工作;
负责构建社群文化和内容结构,组织和策划热门话题、活动,以及打造社群品牌。
工作要求:
5年以上社群运营或相关工作经验;
具备良好的中文和英文沟通技巧;
拥有出色的学习能力和强烈的责任感;
对当前主流用户群体和文化具备理解力和洞察;
