and optimize our operations on both Walmart and Amazon platforms while supporting
operations. This role is pivotal in enhancing our online presence, managing intricate logistics,
ensuring efficient order fulfillment, and maintaining high-quality listings, all while adhering to
platform policies.

Job Overview:
As a Senior Supply Chain Analyst at HydroJug/ACTA, you will be instrumental in optimizing our
supply chain operations to support rapid company growth and a commitment to high-quality,
innovative drinkware products. You will use advanced analytical tools to develop effective supply
chain strategies, manage risks, and ensure sustainable practices.
Core Responsibilities:
● Supply Chain Optimization: Use advanced analytical tools to optimize inventory levels
and improve supply chain processes, reducing costs and increasing efficiency.
● ERP System Mastery: Utilize our ERP system (Netsuite) to streamline operations and
ensure accurate data tracking and reporting across the supply chain.
● Project Management: Lead and manage supply chain projects, ensuring they are
delivered on time and within budget.
● Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development of long-term supply chain strategies
that align with company goals.
● Risk Management: Identify potential supply chain risks and develop proactive mitigation
strategies to ensure continuity.
● Supplier Optimization: ensure quality and timely delivery of materials.
● Innovation in Supply Chain: Implement innovative solutions and technologies to enhance
supply chain efficiency and effectiveness.
● KPI Management: Develop, monitor, and report on key supply chain metrics, using data
to drive decisions and improvements.
Additional Roles and Responsibilities:
● Quality Control Coordinator (HydroJug)(ACTA):
○ Conduct quality assurance inspections and ensure all products meet HydroJug’s
stringent quality standards; work with product development to implement quality
improvements.
● Inventory Coordinator (HydroJug)(ACTA):
○ Oversee the inventory process from receipt to customer, maintain product setups
in NetSuite and Shopify, ensuring all logistical data is accurate.
○ Perform regular inventory audits with warehouse team
○ Implement and optimize inventory strategy and processes with warehouse
○ Ensure inventory accuracy between ERP, physical inventory & finance
○ Manage inventory levels to align with demand, phase out products strategically.
○ Adjust inventory allocations across sales platforms, coordinate unified inventory
distribution according to plan with sales channel manager.
○ Coordinate plans for heavy inventory or past seasonal inventory
● Sales and Operations Planning Analyst (S&OP) (HydroJug)(ACTA):
○ Develop inventory strategies aligned with sales targets, analyze competitive data
to optimize stock distribution.
○ Oversee S&OP process for ACTA
○ Support S&OP process for HydroJug
● Forecasting and Optimization Analyst (ACTA):
○ Build forecast and process management and implementation for Acta
○ Work with product development to meet forecast
Performance Metrics:
● Efficiency Improvements: Achieve reductions in time-to-market and cost.
● Supplier Performance Enhancement: Improve supplier delivery and quality.
● Sustainability Achievements: Meet targets for reducing environmental impact.
● Successful Project Delivery: Meet goals for budget, timelines, and outcomes.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
● 5+ years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in consumer goods.
● Expertise with ERP systems, advanced Excel.
● Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
Preferred:
● APICS CPIM or CSCP certifications.
● Experience with AI-driven forecasting, supply chain automation.
● Project management certification (e.g., PMP).
